Watch: paying an invoice
Swipe the screen to move between steps.
Step 1 of 5
Start the payment
- Open Invoices and select an invoice marked Issued, Partially paid or Overdue.
- Select Pay now. The Pay invoice page shows the Amount due.
Pay by card
- Enter your mada, Visa or Mastercard details in the secure card form. They go to Network International (N-Genius) and never reach our servers.
- Select Pay with the amount. If your bank asks you to verify the payment, complete it on the same page.
- Wait for Payment received. The invoice becomes Paid and the ticket closes.
Apple Pay
Select Other payment methods (Apple Pay) to pay on Network International's secure payment page, then come back to the invoice for the result.
In the app, the card form opens inside the app. Apple Pay opens in your browser, and when it finishes a Returning you to the app page sends you back. If nothing happens, select Open the app.
Payment results
- Payment received: the invoice is paid in full.
- Payment submitted: we're confirming it, and the page updates by itself.
- Still confirming your payment: your bank hasn't confirmed yet. You won't be charged twice; select Check again in a moment.
- Payment was not completed: it was declined or cancelled, and you were not charged. Select Try again.
- Online payment unavailable: contact us to arrange a bank transfer or another method.
Tips
- Don't start a second payment while one is still confirming.
- Your record of the payment is the invoice's Payment history and the Payment received notification.
Frequently asked questions
- Why don't I see the Pay now button?
- Pay now shows only while there is a balance to pay: Issued, Partially paid or Overdue. A Paid or Void invoice has nothing to pay.
- Can I pay part of an invoice online?
- No. Paying online always charges the full balance due. To pay in parts, contact the office about a bank transfer.
- Which cards can I use?
- mada, Visa and Mastercard in the card form, and Apple Pay through Other payment methods (Apple Pay).
