The top bar
- Search or jump to…: opens the command palette.
- The language switch: English or العربية.
- Appearance: Light or Dark.
- The bell: your notifications, with the unread count.
- Your avatar: the account menu.
The command palette
Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac), or select Search or jump to…, and type the name of a page or an action. Use the arrow keys to move and Enter to open. Pages you opened recently appear first.
Besides pages, the palette can open Notifications, change the appearance, switch the language and sign you out.
On a phone browser
Clients, technicians and corporate accounts get a bottom tab bar with their main destinations, and More opens the rest. Office staff get a menu button at the start of the top bar that opens the full sidebar.
If you use PrimeFix on your phone every day, the mobile app gives you the same destinations in a layout built for it.
Getting help
The Help section of the sidebar opens the Help center, with articles written for your role. The help bot in the corner of the screen offers common questions and links straight to the article that answers each one.
Tips
- Lists open with search and filters at the top. Clear filters brings back the full list.
- The dashboard is the quickest way to see what is waiting on you today.
- Use the palette's Switch to action to change language without leaving the page you are on.
Frequently asked questions
- Why can't I see a page my colleague has?
- The sidebar shows only what your role is allowed to open, and a Super Admin can adjust what each office role may do. Ask your administrator if you need access.
- Where is my profile?
- Clients, technicians and corporate accounts open Profile from the account menu. Office staff accounts have no self-service profile; ask a Super Admin to change your details.
