Request a reset link
You see Check your email whether or not the address has an account, so the page never reveals who is registered.
- Open Sign in on the website and select Forgot password?.
- Enter your Email and select Send reset link.
- Check your inbox, and your spam folder, for the reset email.
Set a new password
- Open the link in the email. It is valid for 30 minutes.
- Enter a New password of at least 8 characters, and type it again under Confirm password.
- Select Update password, then Go to sign in.
Resetting your password signs you out on every device and clears any sign-in lockout. Sign in again on each device with the new password.
Using the mobile app
The app has no Forgot password? link. Reset the password on the website, in a phone browser if you like, then sign in to the app with the new password.
If the link doesn't work
If you see Link expired, the link is older than 30 minutes or has already been used. Request a new one from Forgot password?. Only the newest link works.
Tips
- Choose a password you don't use on any other site.
- Office staff who were invited set their first password from the invitation email. If that link has expired, ask a Super Admin to send a new invitation.
Frequently asked questions
- I didn't get the reset email. What now?
- Check spam, and make sure you entered the email on your account. If it still doesn't arrive, wait a few minutes and request another link, or contact the office.
- Can the office see or set my password?
- No. Passwords are stored in a form nobody can read. The office can only help you request a reset.
