Open Settings
On the web, select Settings under Administration. In the mobile app, open Settings and choose Organization. Only the Super Admin sees these.
What you can set
Select Save settings. Every save is recorded in the audit log.
- Organization: Organization name (English), Organization name (Arabic) and Logo URL.
- Contact & address: Email, Phone, Address, City, Region and Country (ISO-2).
- Tax & legal: CR number (10 digits) and VAT number (15 digits).
- Invoicing: VAT rate (%), Invoice prefix, Quotation prefix, Invoice due (days), and Invoice footer in English and Arabic.
- Localization: Default language and Timezone.
What these settings affect today
These are stored organisation details. Invoices and quotations don't read them yet: VAT stays at 15%, and the due days and the seller details on PDFs come from the server configuration.
Automatic invoicing, the payment gateway credentials and the PDF engine are also set in the server configuration, not on this page.
Tips
- Keep the CR and VAT numbers here matching your registration, so they are ready when documents start reading them.
- To change what invoices print today, ask whoever manages the server configuration.
Frequently asked questions
- I changed the VAT rate. Why do invoices still show 15%?
- Invoices don't read this setting yet. KSA VAT is applied at 15%.
- Can an Operations Manager change settings?
- No. Settings are for the Super Admin by default.
