Add your payout bank account

Your earnings are paid into a bank account you add yourself. Money sent to a wrong IBAN cannot be recovered, so the office checks every new or changed account before it pays into it.

Step 1 of 4

Where to find it

In the app, open More and select Payout method. On the web, select Payouts in the sidebar, then Bank account. A corporate account finds Payout method in the app under More › Field work.

Add your account

  1. Enter your IBAN: 24 characters, starting with SA. The form checks it, so a mistyped digit is caught.
  2. Enter the Account holder name exactly as it appears on the bank account.
  3. Enter your Mobile number, for example +9665XXXXXXXX, and your City.
  4. Select Save bank details.

What the status means

  • Not set up: you have not added bank details yet.
  • Awaiting review: your details are with the office for checking.
  • Verified: the office has checked them, and you are set up to receive payments.
  • Rejected: the details were not approved. Enter them again.
  • Action needed: payouts to this account are paused because a transfer to it was returned. Contact the office.

Change your account

Enter the new details and select Save bank details. Any change sets the status back to Awaiting review until the office checks it again. After saving, the IBAN is shown partly hidden.

Tips

  • Add your account before your first job is paid, so nothing waits on the check.
  • Copy the IBAN from your banking app instead of typing it.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my account say Awaiting review?
The office checks every new or changed account. It changes to Verified once they have.
My account was rejected. What now?
Check the IBAN and the holder name with your bank, enter them again and save.
Can I be paid in cash instead?
The office can pay a payout in cash and record it. Ask the office if you need that.
