Swipe the screen to move between steps.
Step 1 of 4
The three models
- Fixed: a set amount for every job, in SAR.
- Percentage: a share of the invoice subtotal, before discount and VAT.
- Hybrid: a set amount plus a share of the invoice subtotal.
Set a default rate
To stop paying a default, select Remove pay rate and confirm. In the mobile app, open the account and tap the pay rate.
- Open the account from Technicians, Corporate accounts or Team.
- On the Pay rate card, select Set pay rate, or Change pay rate.
- Choose How they are paid and enter the Amount per job (SAR) and/or Share of invoice (%).
- Check the preview and select Save pay rate.
A rate for one job
On the assign page, Pay for this job lets you use the person's default rate or select Set a rate for this job. The job rate applies only to that ticket.
Good to know
- Without a default rate or a job rate, a job creates no payout.
- Changing a rate doesn't change payouts already created.
- Setting rates needs both team and payout management, which is the Super Admin by default. Operations Managers see the rate but can't change it.
Tips
- Set the rate when you approve a new technician, before their first job.
- Use Hybrid for freelancers who need a call-out fee plus a share of bigger jobs.
